Znder (31) - German Fuze (31)

Hello,

I have found a Znder (31) for german airdropped ammunition, more precisely for the parachute illumination bomb LC 10 F and LC 50 F, at least say that the fuze-manual. In the bombs manual I find only that was used, inter alia, the Zeitznder (9), the Znder (31) emerges here anywhere.
Does anyone know was how and where to use the Znder (31)?

The Zugznder 31 looks just like the Znder (31), but the fuze could not be used for german mines and explosives because of the fuze thread, but it fit only for French projectiles closer ... unfortunately is not explained. Does anyone know the exact use for the Zugznder 31?

I will do that tomorrow. The fuze looks like this one. The Zugznder 31 is made ​​of brass, the Znder (31) made ​​of steel. Usually I think there is no other difference between the two fuzes.
 
The only reference I have found at present is in relation to the 'Single Candle Unit, Parachute flare (white)' These were dropped from the Mark 250-LK containers, each container holding 41 flares. The container was opened with a type 89B fuze, the flares were ignited by the type 31 igniter (pull percussion)

I am not sure if this is the same one or not, but may be worth looking into a little more...

Now, Ive some pictures.
Ive got a copy (thanks rigby) from the german airforce manual (L.Dv. 4200), the Single Candle Unit (Mark 2 L - Luftmarkierungskrper mit Fallschirm) has existed in various colours.
