04 Headstamp Code on East German ammo

Hey guys. Can anyone tell me who made "04" ammo? I understand 05 is Spreewerke of Lbben. Is 04 known?

04 was the code for the Mechanische Werksttten Knigswartha and there are also some commercial calibers ( like 8x57IS and IRS ) produced with MWK in the headstamp.
