1 1/2 PR practice projectile 37x124R

Do any members recognise the projectile on the right of the 1 1/2 PR common pointed?
Projectile has a solid base and a plugged nose in a similar style to some 2 PR HV practice projectiles.
I'm presuming its a practice but its not marked with a P.
Marked:

37 M/M
1.5 PR
VSM
?.12.13.

I've not seen a 1 1/2 PR marked 37 mm before (or marked 1.5 PR rather than 1 1/2 PR)

Could this be an export projectile or possibly connected with the 1 1/2 PR mark B aircraft gun?

Any ideas and opinions welcome.

My First reply eaten by computer! I have a similar projectile. It is HE with an S&S IV fuze. the projectile is lightly pitted, so no marking clearly visible. It is in a Kings Norton case, marked 1 1?2 Pr I, no date. I have always wondered if it is one of the many projectiles for the COW gun. maybe later than WW1.
