I have got this 1" Cartridge Marked CART SMK FLASH No 1 Mk 1 and PWD 08-04 261. I seem to remember that I read somewhere that these were used in modern British practice aircraft bombs, as an impact reoprt ? perhaps someone could shed some more light on the subject. Tony.
