1 pdr blank

Hello All after a conversation at a recent fair I decided to revisit a piece in my collection.

Based on our conversation I believe this is a 1 pdr blank cartridge, could someone please confirm this?

Next question does anyone have a picture or better yet a dimensioned drawing of the wooden insert?

I would like to fabricate a replica to make the piece look more complete.
