It's been abused, missing the metal straps that hold the lid on and the end beckets and handles at the ends.
I have the damaged lid. I'd restore it , if the missing parts could be found, the beckets and handles, rope or strap
might be common to other boxes, but the metal pieces are likely not. Hope it's worthwhile, sometimes I regret
buying these sad cases ~ If any one out there in the GTA area is interested in it I can bring it to the next show
or contact me, it is not expensive --- I don't really have space for it, but it should go to a good home.

Yes you are right there it did take years to put together ,I also put an M104 together complete with tins and 117 fuzes.
