Hello,
I want to share the image of the 12.8cm Br.Schr. (incendiary shrapnel)projectile I aquired lately.
The projo is has the Zt.Z. S/30 kurz attached to it.
Sadly- no internal parts-
Enjoy!

So sadly no cutaway model:tinysmile_cry_t4:

Below a picture of the 8,8cm version. The internal parts will have been upscaled to fit the 12,8cm interior and it would have had a lot more brandschrappnel pellets ,
regards DJH

Lovely cutaway DJH - that must have taken a long long time to do.

Now you say it, indeed it is the same fuze but without booster. They are not in our collection but somewhere in germany and they tought the came out of a brandshrapnel projectile but they wherent sure.

They are the same size as the Incendiary type pellets used in the 8,8cm BrSchr, exept these -I was told- were hexal filled, so not Incendiary but of the explosive type.
As far as I know they were used only in the 10.5cm shells.
I have a picture of a 21 cm Wgr. 42 Rocket head I took on a visit in Germany a few years ago, filled with the same Incendiary pellets as the 8,8cm, however it cannot be published as it shows live ammo. It was meant to be used under the wings of the Fw-190, one under each wing.
