Not many 12cm German guns, perhaps?
There was a Rheinmetall 1914 12cm howitzer and the rim diameter of the case was 135mm...............but I'm not sure of length..........possibly only 152mm??
Can find no other German cases listed with a 135mm rim but there are a few with 136mm rims..........................

I suppose you're talking about the 12-cm F.H L/14 adopted by Switzerland in 1912 although this one was made by Krupp?

I see one round impression near the case mouth - is there a second one on the opposite side?
