I was lucky to get this unfired 12 Pdr 12 Cwt H.E projectile with a No 401 MK1 T&P fuze, the stamps on the base are very difficult to make out, the stamps make me to believe it is a MK 9 projectile

Interesting combination.
As far as I know, No401 is a time fuze not a T&P fuze.
Could you post other pictures of the fuze (and markings) ?
