120 mm projectile with sabot

I have had this projectile for a while but I am not sure what it is.
What could it be? a long range naval he-projectile is my guess
The diameter is 120mm and the sabot is in three pieces

Hi, my guess is something like a Greenmace anti aircraft round. The 5 inch Greenmace was certainly similar to this one.
