122 and 152mm Rocket assisted projectile

I am trying to find info (if they exist) on a 122mm and a 152mm rocket assisted projectile. All I ahve found todate is some mention of them, but no designation or data

Here are some pictures about the 152mm RAP. The designation is 152mm 3OF22. I don't know if they exist in 122mm.
