13,2mm hotchkiss identification.

Today I obtained this 13,2mm Hotchkiss catrridge, produced by FN in 1938. Strange enough the case length is not 96mm, but 99mm. The projectile seems to be of the HE type.
Does anybody have a description of this catridge, preferably a drawing?
Thanks in advance,
Regards, DJH

13.2mm x 99 Hotchkiss long (model 1930)
The 13.2mm x 96 is known as the Hotchkiss short (model 1935)
Some references suggest that the model 1935 was introduced to avoid confusing the long Hotchkiss model 1930 with the .50" calibre Browning (12.7 x 99)
