13 pdr HE projectile - Australian manufacture?

please see the attached photo of a 13pdr MkV HE projectile. It is stamped NSW & WM. Who is or was WM and does NSW stand for New South Wales?

Wales more than New South Wales:

NSW - National Shell Factory Wrexham, WM - Wrexham (munitions district).

The main output of NSW was making and completing 18-pr and 13-pr shell.
