15 cm incendiary?

In the past I read somewhere this was an incendiary shell. But what era, what country? And does somebody have a drawing or manual?

Not incendiary – upon impact and the functioning of the base fuze, the ,,Übungsgranate,, (practice shell) does not shatter; instead, it marks the impact point with smoke and a flash emitted through openings in the body.

Germany, approx. 1900–1930.

Usage 1910-1918 only. The shell had a black powder smoke/flash/bang charge. The shells were re-banded and used multiple times.
