15cm caartridge .... possibly Austrian ?

Hello ..
Is this cartridge case Austrian?
It is 15cm calibre
Length is 185mm
Rim diameter is 169mm
See photos for base stampings.
That " R " reminds me of an Austrian marking.
T L H ....Turm Leichte Haubitze ???

Case shown with another recent acquisition 211x410R

Case made by TLH for Belgium, period around WW1 (not WW2).

149,1 cm but often called 15 cm. Not sure which type, but I also think the Schneider as already mentioned.
