Martijn,
The K39 was originally manufactured for the Turkisch Army.They used the basic naval shells, added with some Army shells:
15 cm k gr 18 Sprenggr with Az 23v (heer)
15 cm Sprengr L4.6 kz with/27 (naval design)
15 cm sprengr l4,5 bdz (heeres)
15 cm M haube L4,5 with bdz C/38 (naval)
15 cm Gr rot BE
15 cm Pzrgr L3,8 heer and Navy
So a wide spread of shells were used with the gun.
