Hello,
I'm not sure, but it look like austro hungarian 15cm L/40 M 96 navy gun.
Data I have show it's 480mm high and capped. Is there any trace of this?
Here a drawing of the shell, 15cm Bekappte Panzergranate L/3,2 M97-8. Weight empty 44,6Kg. Real caliber 149,1mm

best regards

Came across my mind that this might be some kind of naval shell as it looks just like scaled up 12cm M.09 shell for Danube monitors. Thanks!
