New to this group. Can anyone help me with more info on this projo. Not sure of what all the markings mean, and what would be its value in the states.
Its the only one I have ever seen in this condition.

date , in 1915, not sure wether 4th month or 12th month ~

This is a nice HE example, not so easy to find.
