18Pr Drill Round.

I just got this 18Pr Drill round and want to know what Mk it is and who is the maker. C'C&K 1940 ? Looks like a comma?
It is a black rubber DRILL round and unfortunately has been well used, but I could not pass it up for the collection.
Nose plug looks RL Mk 1 altered to 11? Is this correct for this drill round? All info is welcome.

Could be "O'C&K"

Maybe a No80 drill for this round.

Yes it certainly looks like a MkV111 and yours is definitely an O. Mine is well worn so ??? A nice example so thanks. Who is this maker?
There is no rubber insert in the primer hole of my example. Long removed or never fitted?
