Anyone ever seen a grenade like this? Sellers description.
Very good condition and guaranteed original WWI Imperial German Model 1915 “Brennzunder” (Burning Fuze) stick grenade. This was the model that came after the “percussion lever” type and is much harder to find than the Model 1917. Features the distinctive pressed steel cover on the head. Head has nice original green paint showing a little normal wear. The clips that hold the cover on are absent, but cover still has a tight fit. Original belt clip is present. Bottom of head has clear white ink instruction markings. Wooden handle has nice original finish and no damage. Nice branded fuze time marking. The fuze wire and cloth tape are absent. A very scarce WWI German stick grenade in beautiful condition!
