1935 Dated Czech Vz 28s Artillery Shell Primer?

A friend sent this to me. I am guessing the "VZ28S" on it makes it Czech? I would appreciate your help in identifying it. Made of brass. Thank you.

Yes You are correct it is czech primer screw vz 28s. Used in 15cm Cases if I am not mistaken.

If you have a good look on the markings, you'll see the SKODA logo !
It's effectively Czech !
