The M-12 is basically a pair of 4.5" long steel wire loops, each with a hook on one end, for loading two 100lb bombs on the same shackle.
One loop is placed over each suspension lug on the first 100lber which is then attached to the shackle in the usual way, the hooks are then attached to the lugs on the second bomb.
Can you post photos of the set up? I am reproducing a bomb load for a B-25 and it had 22 M-47's hung in the Bombay. Records indicate up to 4 of the M 47's were hung per B-7 or B-10 bomb Shackle
