Hello everybody,
I found a document where I read of existence of a 2,5 cm (h) Spgr. With a same nomenclature, I think it's a german shell but I found nowhere documentation about it. Can someone help me ?

Yodamaster,

Normally the (h) stand for Holland in German "Beute Munition".
As far as I know we did not have 2.5 cm before the war.
Can you tell me what document you refer to?

Regards,

Chris

Mmmmh ?!? Was this used by the Wehrmacht during WW II ?

I wrote "a document", sorry Chris, it's a shell case ! Tomorrow, after cleaning, I shall can give more details and perhaps pictures.

Genkideskan and Yodamaster,

I have a Dutch document that the "2.5 cm bommenwerper" was in storage till 1928 and after that they where used as mines.
Genkideskan do you have any proof that they where used by the Germans. I don't have any documents but maybe you have??

Regards,

Chris

I will give more information about this strange projectile next week.
It must be cleaned, measured and photografied.
Apparently, it should be a french "25 mm explosif Mle 38 avec autodestruction" with german headstamps (h) !?!?!
Wait, wait, wait,...
