2 bootsale finds 3pr & 40mm

Hi me and my son came across these today.
40mm casing which I think might be from a Bofors approx 310mm tall 60mm base and 40mm top faint date 1941.
2nd 3pr 2cwt 1926. Again 310mm tall 60mm base and 50mm top

Any info would be much appreciated

3Pr 2 CWT cases are a good find but should be necked and 350mm long.
Yours is either a blank? or most likely a cut-down case.
