Good Day. I am only working from this photo and don't have access to more photos, unfortunately.

Does this round have any resemblance to any other that you can identify it by ?

Is the projectile legitimate or not ?

Looks to me like a made up head, one the nose of ogive is not standard and two, knurling where the Cooper bands meant to be doesn't look right.
