2 Pr Anti tank id possibly Australian

Hi I have fired but undamaged 2 pounder AP shot , also the headstamp markings on the brass case are possibly Australian.
The projectile markings are A.P.F 2 Pr MKI. Armour Piercing Fixed APF .
H. L T D 14 12 .41
KG 167.4

The headstamp manufacturer is AIC the attached pictures also shows primer markings
1. Australian I.C.I. Explosives, which was a part of the Imperial Chemical Industries, in Australia. ?
2. Australian Industry Commission ?
Just looking for as much information as possible please .

It is a British case and projectile.
H Ltd is Hadfields Ltd, Sheffield . ( in my files)
AIC is Apex Inflater Co, Perry Bar, Birmingham .
