I have this 20mm bullet, and no idea what it is.
Brass fuze with a letter "D"

this fuze seems to be different.
the round looks like a Czech OPL Vz35

Correct, the fuse is different. The roller shutter, on the left, the side-pin version to the right.
There is a third version too - same low profile as the side-pin version but without side-pin.
Just a note - these are not interchangeable with other German 2cm fuses as the threads are different - this applies to the booster (Sprengkapsel) too.
