20 mm Hispano belt link manufactures

Sorry.....i have no answer for you question.....but i have also 20mm HS belt links with an for me unknown manufacturer.
The sign is a "S in Circle".
 
The two "styles' I have are not marked. Only the boxes they came in.
Union Hardware Company and The Seng Company.
