20 mm Sub-calbre device for 83 mm Rocket ?

Bought this item thinking it was a Drill round. On closer inspection I realized that it has a rifled barrel. A sub-calibre device for firing a 20 mm round.

I am not 100% sure if I have the calibre correct. I thought that the 3.5 inch was the 88 mm Rocket?

Does anyone know who the manufacturer marking goes to? is it A MM or A MI? The A is strange as well.
