I have this unknown rocket head possibly for a 3" Rocket but it has odd stampings. (in 2 lines). These stamps are too light to photograph clearly.

This is painted on the body by some previous owner? Obviously it does not have a ballistic cap and is AP.
The base looks like a tracer but this would not work in a rocket. Maybe a 20Pr projectile was converted to a rocket head. Looks British made.
Weight is 7.06kg (15.6 lb) so not 20 lb. Who is CSC maker ?
Diameter is 83.7mm (3.3")
Head length is 185mm.
Overall is 226mm.
Threads are 67.4mm across and 12 TPI Whitworth.
Base hole is 62mm deep and almost 12mm diameter.
I am keen to find information on this item as it is not listed in my books. Only 25Pr AP rocket heads.
