20mm Cannon Round Identification - Russian?

Greetings! I acquired this 20mm round a while back and would like to know it's origin and use. It's 20x140 with a large 32mm diameter base. The only markings are on the copper fuze, looks Russian but I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated!

Japanese 20 x 142,HE or HE-T.
Looks like a good condition example and nice to have the gaine still with the fuze.
