20mm hispano identification

i have just picked up a canadian DAC round the projectile is blue,on closer inspection it has a tracer element .it appears to be a standard ball round dated 1945 .does any one know the correct colour of the projectile blue doesnt seem right.i was thinking black with a red band just above the driving band ? can any one help please
