I was thinking maybe eastern bloc country

tomsk i dont know if this might help,but there is a british company maxord ballistics ltd who manufscture ammo for the mod for the last 50 years web site www.maxord.com im not sure but it looks promising cheers mick

I do not know very much about these, but it is from yugoslavia.
I have a yugoslavian HE round in my collection. You have the dummy version of this round.
