It certainly looks like a 20x102. The dates on brass cases are usually printed on the case side and can be from 1960's-2000+. Possibly worn/polished off?
A "Yes Sir" from me, too, to that caliber. The base and primer of my cartridges look exactly the same.
However, my cases are german made according to the inscription and stamping.
