20x22R cartridge

Got this cartridge today:

Marking is 20/83-61
stamping ink is LOT-1-61

Head is steel, with a cavity at the rear, diameter about 7 mm and depth about 1,2 cm.
Anyone a idea?

I recognize the projectile, it is for practice with certain weapons, used in the Dutch army. I believe for the LAW or a comparable weapon. As I child I found loads of them on the Harderwijk practice area.

It is a sub caliber round for the 3.5 inch rocket

The sub-caliber for the LAW looks a bit different.
