21cm Stool ~

I generally avoid large casings like this, no room for them and these are too short for an umbrella stand etc. But my "office" were the collection goes and more is so small two chairs wouldn't fit. So I had an old manky piano stool with cast iron legs, rusty repainted etc. So I made up a couple of thick plywood discs, fastened them to the top piece where the old very wide top went, refinished the rest and there we are - space efficient height adjusting spare seating if needed. No alteration to the case, it just slips on. :tinysmile_grin_t:

I might add a cushion ~

210mm cushion top

It was medically unsound as Cold Brass on Ass = Hemorrhoids !

So it has a slip on real leather cushion top now, case is and was untouched by all this other than to clean it once.

Your stool looks much better, but here is my 21cm trash can I use in my office. The projo sits downstairs with the rest of the heavy stuff.

Love it! I like integrating shells into my house...that way my wife doesn't roll her eyes as much
