Hi can someone tell me what this Soviet Drill round is I can't find any information on it 23 x 152 b

It looks like a Drill round with an empty OFZ (HEI-SD) projectile for ZU-23 AA guns. Dummy fuze plug. Steel case. Russian.

It is an "uchebno-trenirovochnij patron" - drill round for the ZU/ZSU-23 as Ron wrote.
On the attached picture is an older variant.

Some nice round shown. I have a few more examples but nothing spectacular. Hard to find these in Australia with import restrictions.
