23mm shell id please

hi can someone tell me what this round is please some kind of russian drill round ?? markings on the head are 13-33-76n :tinysmile_fatgrin_t

Hello,

this looks like a Bulgarian manufactured dummy round with an inert BZT projectile. The makers markings in the double circle give that.
A similar round has the headstamp 10 76 triangle.
Of course the caliber is 23mm x 152 B like HAZORD wrote.

if its a dummy round why has a hole been drilled in the side

Well, since your round looks like it has had some use, one of its owners might have made the hole to calm the fears of the ammo Gestapo, or worse yet, to prevent terrorists from reloading it!
 
Hello Lee,
guess the reason for the hole in the case is the inert material the dummy was loadet with - to have the original weight of the complete round.
