23mm?

I found this in a Google image search of "Syrian Rebels." This is supposed to be from a 23mm AA gun; can anyone positively identify either the caliber or gun?

there are four OFZ orOFZ-T (HEI or HEI-T) projectiles with modern fuzes (maybe V19UK) and one BZ or BZ-T (API or API-T) projectile
cartridge: 23x152b used on 23mm systems (ZU 23 2 and ZSU 23 4)
