25 pr hesh

Anybody know anything about this item? It has 25 pr hesh L1A1 stencilled on it however google is saying there was never a hesh round developed for the the 25 pr?

My understanding is that there was at least one post-WWII HESH round developed and issued in numbers (by the RAA? UK?). I have also run across reference to the No.37 Mk I Tracer being used with the HESH round.

Filler was RDX/PWX 1 (86% RDX Grade 1 with 14% Paraffin Wax)

My advice, don't take what 'Google'/'Google AI' says is a fact, as a fact.

Ammunition and ammunition technology wise the 'AI' summary provided by Google is commonly poor at best, and often riddled with errors.

Like all the so called 'AI' search engines, if it's trained on poor quality data, then it's poop and poop out.
