25pdr odd ball

Hi can any one help identify this 25 pdr round and fuze, the stamping on the projectile is lot mmj-1-1-?-? 25pr-m481 and on the fuze, fuze t117 prb 1-3-76. could it be chemical. allso the colours and markings would be helpfull.

This looks like a post WW2 drill projectile, possibly 70's or 80's, usually painted dark blue.

The length with fuze and cap is 17" diameter 3.45" bourrelet 3.3" i do not now its history as i got it of a trader. If it was a drill round the drive band would be flush with the body, but this one protrudes like on a live round.

I guess this one must be marked wrongly then!
