2in HE or SMK?

found this one today and cant figure out whether is HE or SMK...i would say SMK but i am not familiar with british wwii 2in mortar ammo, so help needed on this subject!

Three rivets !

Madbomber is right and if you feel the top cap it will also have three raised rivets for night identification.
 
i assume that these are issued to tito's partisan units as help from allies. shell is found in area where surpluse of ammo has been destroyed after WWII.

i have not seen any of 2in mortars operational during last war...and i don't know whether british troopes in peace force used this ammo.

Were British 2 Inch mortars used during the Yugoslavian war?
