2in Illuminating Filling Station / Manufacturers Details

Hi, found this after stripping back several coats of silver paint with thinners - does anyone know who the manufacturer/filling station would be? (I’ve avoided the obvious of Smith & Wesson, unless it is?) all info gratefully received!

The filling station is SFH - Standard Fireworks (as in the jingle from the 60s, maybe early 70s... "light up the sky with Standard Fireworks").

The S&W is Scoffin and Willmott Ltd, Barking, Essex - maker of wheel barrows and gardening tools.
