This 2Pr Tank/AT gun Drill round looks like an artistic repaint with 3 green bands.
It is black rubber with brass nose and base weighing 4lb. 3oz (1.92kg).
I ask who is I.R.G.P. Co ? Is it Cossipore, India ?

Ron, this is the first hard rubber 2 Pr drill I’ve seen.
I think the Co is company rather than Cossipore, but I have no idea who the maker is.
