[FONT=&amp]A common 3 inch, base charged, shrapnel shell but, I would like to share this lot (?) number stamped in since I can NOT find any info on it. AB 2 3165 16[/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]Semper fi[/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]John[/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]P.S. would like a similarly conditioned time fuse for it.:tinysmile_twink_t2:[/FONT]

Yeah thats for sure the lot number on your american 3 inch shrapnel shell. I recognize the format from my own shells. the fuze you will be looking for will be a m1907 scovill time fuze. it looks like this.
