3 pdr case

Hi Just picked this little 3pdr case up its in fair condition and it has only two markings on the base one is CF which is cordite filled but not familial with the other one, and any ideas of date, can anybody help with this one.

I think the anchor with two wavy lines across it is a Japanese arsenal mark. I have seen something very similar on the bases of the 47mm "2 1/2"-pdrs that we had from Japan in WW1.

Thanks , i hadn't thought of as being Japanese would it have been made for export do you think ?
