According to C.Punnett's book, it was a late war contract with E. I. Du Pont de Nemours & Co., which was sub-contracted to Dominion of Canada. When the War ended, contract leftovers were loaded by Dominion for civilian (?) use. Any way to tell if it is a war-time load or post war?
