I have the same and i also do not know the purpose.
All I know is that she's British.
The stamped number is 1305 99-439-606 and the 99 is British.

Its a 30 x 173 Goalkeeper CIWS Drill round The full NSN is 1305 99 439 6061. Goalkeeper is no longer in service with the Royal Navy But I believe the Dutch Navy still use it.
