Does anyone have any information on this round?
Length: 200-MM

I think it is British, but don't know for sure.

I also have this same 30mm Defa but have no information about country or maker.
There is a screw 24mm from the base that seems to do nothing. Maybe holds the all steel section case to the steel base? Info is welcome.
