30 x 165 dimensions needed

Hi All

A friend has been commissioned to make a barrel for the Russian 30 x 165 mm cannon round.

Does anyone have a dimensioned drawing so that he can make a chamber reamer?

Alternatively, does anyone have a spare case or inert round that he could buy or borrow?
